Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Ethicly website or platform. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Ethicly is a B2B trust and engagement platform that enables professionals to collect peer reviews, build a Trust Score, and share verified trust credentials. The platform is operated by Ethicly, United Kingdom.
To use the Ethicly platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using the platform for professional purposes.
You agree to use Ethicly only for lawful professional purposes. You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews, impersonate another person, attempt to manipulate your Trust Score artificially, use the platform to harass or harm others, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Reviews submitted on Ethicly represent the honest opinions of the reviewer. Ethicly does not verify the accuracy of individual reviews but reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our acceptable use policy.
Your Trust Score is calculated algorithmically from peer reviews you receive. It is not a guarantee of professional competence or character and should not be relied upon as such by third parties.
By completing your Ethicly profile, you agree that a public trust profile page may be created displaying your name, Trust Score, and dimension scores. This page is publicly accessible. You can request removal at any time by contacting us at privacy@ethicly.io.
All content on the Ethicly website and platform — including the trust framework, scoring methodology, AI coaching, design, and copy — is owned by Ethicly or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The Ethicly platform is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform during the beta period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethicly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any reliance on Trust Scores or reviews. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Ethicly platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Ethicly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
